We understand that limiting any impact this health event could have on our service to our clients and associates is imperative.  We are keenly focused on our preparedness efforts to maintain a safe work environment for everyone and to sustain our business operations.  

 

All realtors are welcomed to attend closings, but if you choose not to, please contact our office at

Here at Executive Title Company, we are taking the following precautions:

 

• Hand sanitizer has been placed in each conference room where closings take place and each employee’s desk/work area.  

• Gloves will be provided for clients at every closing.

• We have asked employees to still offer friendly greetings to customers without shaking hands or coming in physical contact, employees are wearing gloves. 

• Sanitization of our offices has been in place for the past weeks and each room is wiped down between each closing. 

• Candy bowls have been removed from the closing tables. 

• Drinks will not be provided, sorry for the inconvenience.

• Split closings with buyer then seller is available, please call in advance to schedule. 

 

We will continue to keep our office open and operating.
